Resident to Leader
At Real Deal, we always promote within. All of our current and former managers have been a resident with us in the past. We believe in our program so much, that our future leaders begin at the front.
The proof is in the pudding
When residents stay within our program for a period of time, they will learn how to be functional members of society. But more than that, they will learn to become leaders.
That is why we only upgrade from within. We believe in our program so much, that we choose our leaders based on how they perform while a resident in Real Deal.
The Qualifications
Residents who prove themselves within our program will always have an opportunity to become a future leader. Following our simple program, anyone will have the opportunity to prove themselves. Below you will see our stipulations.
1. One Year Sober
In order to become a future manager, you must have at least a year sober.
2. Steps & Sponsor
The twelve steps must be completed and you must be sponsoring others.
3. Real Deal Familiar
Must have at least 6 months of experience within our program.
