Hardship (Scholarship) Application

We understand that sometimes we need some help. That’s why we are committed to giving a scholarship to at least 15% of our population at all times. If you need some help and believe you will be a great addition to our community, apply now! If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.

No resident is promised a long-term hardship spot. All Hardship agreements must be approved by executive staff. It may take us up to 48 business hours to approve any scholarship requests.

Men: Plano, Richardson, Dallas, Farmers Branch. Women: Dallas
We accept people with criminal backgrounds.
This is a person whom we would contact if there was a mental or medical emergency.
If you take medications, we require that you provide a small coded or locked box safe large enough to fit your medications in. Medications should be stored in this at all times. Medication counts are regularly requested and are done with the resident present.
Pet Policy. We allow dogs in our homes with staff approval and a $500 per fee. Pets may be asked to leave the property if aggressive behavior is shown to residents or other pets. We expect the owner of the dog to kennel their dog when not home, leash their dog when outside the property, and pick up poop daily. At no time are other residents asked or responsible to feed, walk, or take out you pet for potty breaks. Animals are not allowed on the furniture at any time. If the owner fails to show responsibility in caring for their pet properly we will ask the pet be housed with family/friend or a dog boarding place.
